What do I get after the purchase?
You will receive an email from Paddle.com with a link to download the license file. Download it and activate it by double-clicking or alternatively by dragging the license file onto the running app in the dock. For the next steps, it is worth taking a look at our help page.
I am an entrepreneur in the EU. Can I enter my VAT ID?
Yes, the international VAT identification number can be entered before selecting the payment method in the purchase dialog. The VAT will then be calculated accordingly.
I have misplaced my license, what can I do?
The license download link remains valid indefinitely and should be in your e-mail. If you still have problems, we will be happy to send you the license again. Contact us via support form.
